How do I select the colours I want?
Once we have received your order, we will contact you to discuss your exact colour requirements. We stock a wide range of colours and can source many more. Please contact us for more information.
How much will delivery of my order cost?
All prices detailed on the website are inclusive of standard delivery costs for all UK mainland addresses. Courier delivery is available for UK addresses at the charge of £12 for express service and £4.99 for first class post.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. We use Google Checkout to handle payment processing so that all your personal details and credit card information is safe and secure.
I need to return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.
If you are going to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible so that we might make suitable arrangements.
Faulty or wrong goods
Please accept our apologies if we have made a mistake with your order or sent you an incorrect item. If there are any problems with your order then please contact us and we will advise you on how to proceed returning the goods.

We are sorry if any customer feels the need to make a complaint but promise to deal with all complaints swiftly and professionally. If we have done something wrong then please let us know as soon as possible in writing and we will do our best to put things right and make sure that the mistake never happens again.
