The Turner Cocktail Hat comprises a neat teardrop shaped base with upturned brim trimmed with a beautiful, large lily style flower and two elegant stripped quills.
The Turner Cocktail Hat comes on a ribbon wrapped double headband which will be matched to your hair colour.
