The John Charles Fallon Fascinator comprises a comfortable, double, ribbon-wrapped head band, trimmed with gathered crinoline, the bottom layer of which creates a veil effect in our spring colourway, finished with cut coque feathers in ivory.
The head band will be ribbon wrapped to match your hair colour.
