The Sceptre Fascinator comprises a small disc base trimmed with a cloud of feathers sat upon a comfortable double head band which will be ribbon wrapped to match your hair colour.
As with all of our hats you can customise your Sceptre fascinator in any colour combination you wish. We have an extensive colour chart to choose from and are happy to send out colour swatches so you can be sure that your chose colours perfectly match your outfit. We also offer a free colour-matching service. If you would like us to help you style your hat to your outfit, please select a hat style, choose ‘request a colour consultation’, and checkout as usual.
